We need a consultant who has an experience on EDC/VCM plant and can help us in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of EDC/VCM plant as we have relocated EDC/VCM from Baton Rouge USA. Erection activities are going on and will start our production in the first quarter of 2009. if there is any experienced person who can help us and can guide us in all these activities kindly tell me and feel free to contact me any time and i am looking forward to your answer as we want a consultant as soon as possible.
