Job Description
1. Identifying new projects as per the Business Plan. Study the feasibility of the projects in terms of location, resources etc. Reviewing multiple projects. 2. Generation of tender inquiries. 3. Presentation and convincing prospective clients. 4. Preparation of technical proposal of tender. 5. Submission of tender and post bid follow up. 6. Preparation of diversification plan for management review and action. 7. Assisting costing department with all market information inputs, site investigation, and co ordination with various in house departments ensuring the bid to be win bid. 8. Developing relation with client and consultants. 9. Preparation, submission, followup of Government Enlistment. 10. Feedback to management about client and projects credibility. 11. Arranging Joint Ventures with Indian / Overseas companies for pre-qualification. Preparation and submission of Tenders. 12. Marketing intelligence, networking with clients. 13. Organize for and obtain all the required approvals from the relevant authorities. 14. Organize and award contracts for design and construction. 15. Supervise the work of the respective consultants / contractors. 16. Co-ordinate the project with the relevant authorities. 17. Establish an organization for the company, for both the project phase and the operations phase. 18. Network connected for dealing with all agencies, government, local, and other bodies. 19. To oversee all other provisions such as for subcontractors, work, change in legislation and take appropriate action. Managing staff, business planning, financial reporting including annual budget and expenditure plans. 20. Regular meetings with the clients and client representatives to discuss project progress. Liase, monitor and coordinate other professional consultants. 21. Managing staff, business planning, financial reporting including annual budget and expenditure plans. Handling project activities involving determining various requirements with respect to project marketing. Establishing a compelling vision and strategy for Services and communicate it throughout the client base, vendor/partner base, the team and company in a way that is both broadly understood and easily actionable.
