The Manager for Finance & Business Development Project Team Member participates in projects undertaken by the Company and assumes the lead role in one or more of these areas: Technical Specifications Review, Engineering Design, Government Liaison, Community Relations, Financial Modeling & Valuation, Land Acquisition & Right of Way Management, Insurance & Claims, Creditor Relations & Financing, Legal Due Diligence & Contract Review.
S/he coordinates with external parties concerned to ensure project completion. S/he analyzes current issues & potential problems that affect the project & follows through with the necessary resolution. S/he promotes & participates actively in the Company’s QESH programs, projects & activities.
The candidate must be a graduate of any Business or Engineering course, preferably with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. S/he has three (3) years experience in a similar function.
